Donations are final

Because crypto transactions are irreversible, donations made through CryptoKasih cannot be refunded once confirmed on-chain. Please double-check the destination address, network, and amount before sending.

No platform fee, no guarantee of tax outcome

We do not charge a platform fee on donations. We also don't provide tax, legal, or financial advice — see our Tax Guide for general information only, and consult a professional about your specific situation.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate donor information for receipt purposes.
• Only send funds from a wallet or exchange account you control.
• Use the platform lawfully and not to launder funds or evade sanctions.

Our responsibilities

• Convert and route donations to your chosen fund without delay.
• Keep your data secure per our Privacy Policy.
• Issue a donation receipt once your gift confirms.

Nonprofit funds

Funds listed on CryptoKasih are vetted at onboarding, but we are not responsible for how a nonprofit ultimately uses the donations it receives. Concerns about a specific fund can be reported to support@cryptokasih.xyz.

Limitation of liability

CryptoKasih is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses caused by sending funds to the wrong address, network congestion, or third-party wallet or exchange issues outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of CryptoKasih after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
